    Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) and W-9 for our venue?

    Yes. I carry general liability insurance and can name your venue or organization as additional insured. COI and W-9 go out the same day you ask, so vendor onboarding doesn’t hold up the booking.

    Do you shoot video as well as photos?

    Yes. On Photo + Video bookings I bring a dedicated videographer, so neither of us has to choose between a still and a clip. Every key moment is captured both ways, and you get an edited highlight video for web and social. Raw footage and longer edits can be added to your quote.

    How fast can we get photos for a press release or social media?

    Same-day and next-morning selects are available as an add-on, so your team can post while the event is still news. The full gallery timeline is spelled out in your quote.
